The meeting witnessed the signing of an important tripartite partnership agreement between the Ministry of Solidarity, the National Cooperation Institution, and the Regional Committee of the National Initiative for Human Development. This agreement primarily aims to strengthen social infrastructure in the province by establishing a new social complex in the city of Kelaat Sraghna. It also provides for the rehabilitation and equipping of the student hostel in Al Atawiya, which will improve services provided to vulnerable groups. This initiative seeks to enhance integration among various stakeholders to upgrade social care services and achieve effective inclusion of target groups. The Director of National Cooperation emphasized the strategic role of the institution in developing social centers and supporting child protection initiatives.

The delegation also visited the multi-functional complex in Al Atawiya to review various completed social projects and initiatives. This inspection tour is part of monitoring social care programs, supporting school enrollment, and combating vulnerability. The delegation listened to explanations about the services provided in these facilities, the challenges hindering their operation, and ways to enhance their effectiveness and sustainability.
