Moroccan National Team Holds Second Training Session in New Jersey Ahead of 2026 World Cup

The Moroccan national team will hold its second training session this evening in New Jersey, USA, as part of its intensive preparations for the 2026 World Cup finals, whose official matches are scheduled to begin on June 11.

The Atlas Lions had inspected, yesterday Thursday, the sports facilities of the Pingry School, which FIFA has approved as the main headquarters and training base for the Moroccan national team throughout the group stage.

Today's training session is expected to see the attendance of Zakaria El Ouahdi, the last to join the national team delegation in New Jersey, after resolving his issue of obtaining a US entry visa.

The Moroccan national team will face its Norwegian counterpart this coming Sunday in a final test match and the last friendly game the Lions will play before embarking on the global tournament.
